Afghan Children Launch Painting Campaign For Peace – Tolo News

Activists who attended the event said Afghans are tired of war and it has deprived many children from education.

At least 2,000 children from Herat, Kabul and Kandahar provinces on Tuesday launched a painting campaign for peace to raise their voice for peace and an end to the ongoing conflict which has gripped the Afghans over the past 27 years.

The initiative is aimed at using the power of art to bridge gaps and forge peace in the country.

They called on the Taliban to end the war in the country.
